- Securing a reservation with your deposit of online payments means you accept the terms and conditions of our cancellation Policy.
- Cancellation made 45 days before the date of course will receive a 90% refund.
- NO Cancellation made for the examination fees you have paid at the time of application form filling.
- Cancellation made from 30 days before the commencement course will not be refunded.
- All refunds are payable after receiving a written application to the “Principal”, the refund will be processed by Accounts department after getting written approval from “Principal” within 7 working days either by cash/cheque/DD/NEFT.
- We do not issue refunds or credits on account of flight cancellations under any circumstances. You may take out travel insurance to protect yourself against such events.
- Refunds or credits will not be issued if the participant wishes to leave before completion of the course.
- Any request for change of course dates must be received not less than 30 days prior to commencement of the course through email. Changes are subject to availability of seats. If there is no availability, a credit will be issued, which can only be used for the same course at another date or for a different course subject to availability within next six months from the date of cancellation.
- GST, if applicable will not be refunded.
